Depression / Anxiety

Both depression and anxiety can be debilitating. Our moods fluctuate because we are experiencing life all the time.

With anxiety you cannot stop worrying even though you understand your concerns are far more intense than the situation demands. A fear generally grows out of a perfectly natural, normal response to an unusual or traumatic event (one can develop a fear of dogs after being bitten by one). A phobia, on the other hand, is an irrational fear – an unusual response to a normal event (one develops a phobia of flying, even though he/she has never had a negative experience in an airplane). Both fears and phobias can be treated successfully with hypnosis.

It would be wrong for anyone to guarantee a 100% success rate but we do come very close to this.

To assure you of our capabilities we will offer one month’s free aftercare.

This means you can book as many appointments as you feel necessary within the 4 weeks after your treatment session should you ever have the urge to light up a cigarette or are worried you may be about to light a cigarette – at no additional charge.

Very few people need to come back for another appointment as our success rate is so high but should you need another appointment, do contact us and we will fit you into the very next available appointment.
